Historian Robert Allison charts Boston’s remarkable transformation from 1933 to 2018, nine decades that saw the demolition of the West End; school desegregation and the busing crisis; the infamous Big Dig; and the rise of the Seaport District. Be a part of this conversation that explores past, present and future. Dr. Allison is a professor of history at Suffolk University and the author of many books, including A Short History of Boston.
