Located on the site of the original Chestnut Hill Reservoir and pumping station, the Waterworks Museum features exhibitions on the engineering, architecture, social history and public health of one of the country’s first metropolitan water systems. Join us for a private tour of the Museum and its collection of original coal-powered, steam-driven water pumps, standing more than three stories tall, that are monuments to 19th century technology and innovation.
